Vinyl Self Adhesive (DAK5)

Outdoor Printing for Signs.

Printed in Full Colour onto 5 year high performance Calendared Vinyl. Dak5 Vinyl is recommended for applications onto most flat or curved Surfaces. It is a 70 micron vinyl with permanent solvent based adhesive. It is also suitable for applications onto glass as it has a high level of clarity.

This application can also be mounted onto flat interior & exterior panels and walls giving the use as “personalised wall paper” you can achieve your very own, different and unique design including designs such as a beach or landscape view for a much better outlook in the office, factory or any workspace as well

For Vehicle Graphics please add 30% to the above prices. This is due to the treatment that is required for the Vinyl Signs if you are going to use them on Vehicles using Dak-Seal.

The treatment with Dak-Seal gives a three way protection barrier, it is a coating to protect the sign from UV Light, Chemicals such as cleaning agents as well as brush / rub protection. Vehicle wrap is also available, please call for prices.

Vehicle Graphics

The Self Adhesive DAK-Vinyl sign material we use for outdoor signs is perfectly good for using as vehicle signage where there is little requirement to bend the material, the only difference is the sign is treated with DAK-seal, which is a very high quality sealant the protects the sign from UV light as well as Chemicals such as car cleaning detergent. There is also an added ingredient that gives the vehicle sign a further added dimension by being brush / ware-resistant, so taking your can or van through the car wash will not be a problem and cause harm to the signage.

Vehicle Wrap

We also have a more flexible material used for vehicle wrap called Dak-7, this is suitable for applications onto corrugated or riveted surfaces and is a 53gsm cast film. The product has a repositionable solvent based adhesive that is more opaque on the standard calendered vinyl. This material will be finished coated, with our Dak-seal material giving a 3 way protection against the elements and chemicals these vehicle come into contact with daily.
